350 West Broadway raises the bar by introducing seven limited edition homes into the world of Manhattan luxury real estate development. The full floor residences have been elegantly and intelligently designed by William T. Georgis with apartment plans that reconcile the open plans found in downtown lofts with the hierarchy of uptown pre-war apartments. A rich, but understated palette of materials has been utilized in a clean, restrained design. The lobby is an evocative space with fumed oak floors, Vermont Cold Spring Granite and lacquered wall panels. The space is furnished with an eclectic mix of custom and antique furniture showcasing Female Portrait Composition by celebrated painter George Condo, Seabed a sculptural installation by ceramicist Peter Lane and bronze door pulls by artist and designer Michele Oka Doner. The exterior of the building has been designed by Moed de Armas and Shannon Architects with a glass and champagne aluminum unitized curtainwall system with highly articulated vertical mullions balanced with strong horizontal elements. The glass framed parapets and balconies are incorporated with the curtainwall system with a tall open frame at the main roof. Light shaded glazed brick with punched window openings blends with the scale and texture of adjacent Soho Buildings.

A warm and sophisticated layout, the sixth floor residence is a one-of-a-kind full floor 2 bedroom plus windowed study and 3.5 bathroom home. A lush private terrace has 644 sun-drenched square feet accessible via the living room and master bedroom and provides an open-air retreat with the potential for outdoor grilling. Set above the quintessential SoHo townscape, the northern skyline views offer a sense of spaciousness and light unique to the neighborhood. Renowned architect and designer William T. Georgis fused the open plans found downtown with the hierarchy of uptown, pre-war apartments to create an elegant and exclusive environment. Upon entry from the locked elevator is a gracious formal gallery luxuriously scaled to exhibit artwork. The gallery leads to a generously proportioned living room with a triple exposure created by 70 linear feet of windows and 10’-7’’ ceilings. The adjacent kitchen with windowed seating area is offset from the living space to allow for cooking privacy while remaining open to the living room to create a natural flow for entertaining. Rich custom quartersawn black walnut and stainless steel cabinetry is effortlessly balanced with bethel white granite countertops from Vermont. Appliances are by Gaggenau and Miele plus a 36’’ fridge and integrated wine cooler with additional refrigerator drawers by SubZero. The exquisite en-suite master bathroom is swathed in hand selected statuary Carrara marble slabs from Italy and meticulously bookmatched.
