The Trump Soho Condominium is a 46-story, five-star luxury hotel condominium to be built in Soho by the Trump organization. The building will offer 360-degree views of Soho, the Hudson River, the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building.
Communal spaces include a two-story guest lounge, a landscaped outdoor garden courtyard, a trendsetting bar and a heated pool with private cabanas. Residences feature oversized interiors furnished by celebrated design house Fendi Casa and expansive bathrooms furnished with custom bronze fixtures and stone countertops.
Building amenities include a fully-appointed business center with conference and meeting rooms, the renowned Cornella Spa, in-room spa treatments, fitness center, outdoor heated pool and pool deck with full-service private cabanas, Great Room, Function Room, library and cafe-level bar, and in-room full service menu. This is certainly another Trump success story and one of the finest NYC "condo-tels" in the marketplace.
