I saw units in the building. they were amazing with amazing views. the on site office was great. even the location near the water is one of the best things in NYC

By far one of the most stunning buildings i have ever seen. prices are a bit high but now comes the question do i want to pay 2000 psf knowing it will go up in value to 4000 psf or do i want to buy someting at 1000 psf where it might go down to 8000? ...
