One of the top talked-about New York City developments of the 2006. Developed by Arthur and William Lie Zeckendorf, Goldman Sachs and Eyal Ofer. Traditional features include a motor court, two distinct entrances, a majestic lobby with two fireplaces, a fully stocked private library, a room for entertaining on an extravagant scale, street level gardens and an outdoor terrace, and residents-only services including a private chef, full-time staff doorman, and concierge. I will have to admit that I put a picture of the development next to my bed and hoped that one day I would have made it in life to live in the building. What a building! Until then I will just have to keep dreaming :)
