As a first tenant, we suffered building-wide power outages and delays in the opening of pool and gym areas. Overall the building has decent service and amenities, finishes, etc.

Amazing Architecture at this great new building, I like the west side high way park and the River is so very close! Amenities are exquisite and save lot of time in this busy city. The views are spectacular. it's an A in my book
